in a bowl

navigating a new kitchen is always an exciting challenge for me. learning all of the nooks and understanding the flow of space takes a little adjusting but eventually making dishes that are delicious and enjoyable. this is a very basic bowl but one that i love nonetheless. brussels sprouts and butternut squash has become a quick favorite and i tend to eat it a lot. i know you’ll enjoy this!

what you’ll need:

shredded brussels sprouts

chopped butternut squash

sliced meatless sausage

diced mushrooms

diced onions

olive oil for the skillet

pink himalayan salt

what to do:

lightly oil the pan and toss in the butternut squash. next, add in the brussels sprouts, and then the mushrooms, onions, and links. top off with a little freshly cracked salt. it’s really that easy.
