Like Mother, Like Daughter: Post Christmas, 12/29

This audio has been sitting on my desktop for almost two months, and I can’t believe I haven’t posted it. My mom and I went on our annual Tacky Tour on December 29th, and I know that because I actually listened to the clip to figure out what the date was. You should know that I never listen to something after we’ve taped it because I really don’t like listening to my own voice. But I had to listen and once I started, I couldn’t stop. I really think this is one of my favorites, just my mom and me talking about nothing, how perfect!

Like Mother, Like Daughter: Christmas Eve

My mom. There’s no one like her, and that’s an understatement. While home on a two week hiatus from civilization, we taped another one of our “chats” and it was fun. But where’s the surprise in that? It’s been a little while since we taped this so I don’t actually remember what it’s about but I’m sure you’ll really enjoy it.

Like Mother, Like Daughter

The other day, I chatted with my mom about one of life’s most important questions: why coffee and books? As someone who is definitely a proponent of this pairing, it’s still one that I question every so often. And who better to discuss with the my mom? If you didn’t know it before, I think this clip is proof that we can, in fact, talk about anything!

See my mom’s version here! She’s the fair bookmother and does lots of cool things I can only dream of!
